This lululemon has a great upbeat atmosphere! It is very neat and the staff who work there are so helpful. I had forgotten my sweater there after changing in the changing rooms and came back to look for it but it couldn't be found at that time. I spoke with a young man named Garrett who went out of his way to check the whole store. He took my number down and got back me as soon as he got off to let know he couldn't find it but would keep an eye out. He found it a couple days later.
I was very impressed with his service, prompt communication, and willingness to help someone he just met. Overall, awesome store because of the awesome staff!
During a trip to Washington the weather turned on us and we need jackets. We drove an hour to these outlets in hope of finding something decent. Imagine our great surprise to pull up and see a Lululemon! Oh joy and happiness! The selection was what you expect at an outlet…it can be a hit or miss experience and that’s totally understandable. Where this experience shined the brightest was in the fact that there was actual customer service! Like follow up and get you other sizes service where they use your name! I have been a retail manager and business owner for over 20 years and this was such a refreshing throw back to when retail associates actually assisted you in your shopping! Thanks so much to Kiki for great service! Wish we could say we will be back but being from Texas makes that pretty challenging.
