It would have been 5 if there was more consistent customer help/support. I get the best service when my partner and I are dressed in Lululemon and Aritzia head to toe with a name brand bag. If you can’t see a label or brand, I’ve noticed you’re not recognized or helped as much. I know it’s a consistent thing across the retail industry but I know we can all do better with some feedback! Also, with quality returns - unless someone pulls up my customer file, it’s usually an automatic no. Which I truly feel like comes from judgement. I can understand fully how people use and abuse the system. You shouldn’t have to see how much I spend to believe me in the return. I do understand you have to match it to an account but it’s always a no right away unless I’m doing a purchase and my account is up. I’m not bringing in Lululemon items from 2010 that are all pilled and look like they came from value village. It’s torn seams, and broken zippers.
They usually always have what I need, and if they don’t someone will order it for me which is so helpful to me in a huge way! The store is always organized beautifully and consistently clean. Also love how they will do a quick steam on an item your purchasing if need!
