Dr. Dill is exceptional. She is warm, attentive and knowledgeable, and I’m very grateful to have her as my dermatologist. I would give the office 5 stars, but the reception staff needs training. They do not know how to engage with patients to make them feel welcome. I agree with other reviewers about lack of friendliness, not receiving call backs, etc. I realize the pandemic has put a strain on the medical system, and staff is often stressed and overworked, but this is really a weak area for Luminous. I have been a patient for years, and this was never an issue in the past.
