A wonderful experience. Was greeted by a lovely employee, Katie, who let my friend know about some new products and about the new spa on Robson street. She also let us know about an amazing promotions they had going that day because of the spa. My friend and I had a lovely experience, left feeling pampered with some goodies we bought and a bag of samples thanks to the promotion. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at Lush this week. I was in the market for some new skincare and was unsure about what would work best. The energetic employee, Jamie, helped me find products that worked for me. He was very friendly, personable, and helpful. I have been loving the products he recommended. I would recommend shopping at this Lush and ask Jamie to help you!

Best Lush branch I have visited by far! They have a very extensive selection and wide product range. As with all their locations, the staff are super friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. Lush is a fantastic company with great morales, ethics and influence for working to preserve our beautiful planet which is why I will always be a loyal customer of theirs. I also love the fact that Lush recycle all plastic tubs, as well as reward and incentivize with a free face mask when returning five tubs!
