Miranda and Jasmine have the best customer service hands-down. Very knowledgeable on the products , Their use and what the ingredients are good for on your body and your skin. Absolutely one of my most favorite stores in the mall. Today I went in and got the volcano foot mask and a lotion bar for my mom that’s in the hospital. Jasmine explained how each ingredient helps take care of our skin. They were out of the cold facemask today but Jasmine was able to find one for me, I’m so excited. I just love the feel of the store and it makes me so excited every time I go in here.Must visit. Everything from the labels to the smell of the store to the staff

I had a great experience here. First of all, the store smells amazing. I appreciated that they were vigilant about everybody cleaning their hands first thing when the walk in and had a dedicated staff to make sure of this. The bath bombs are reasonably priced, anywhere from $5-13, which they are $7 each at Fred Meyer. I got 3 product samples which they happily suggested after I asked about a few products. The staff I interacted with were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. I'd absolutely recommend coming here, they have great natural products at reasonable prices.
