Best service I have had at any mall. We entered the store and I was stopped by security (the K9 alerted to me, possibly carrying a firearm). The manager at Lush (I am sorry I didn't get his name - Veteran) he came over to us as he was finishing up a mask, he asked why security stopped me and had my 6, said its his store and security cant come in without permission. (Security was very polite and I am okay with them asking about my firearm- its was nice of the manager to have my 6 though). My fiance worked for Lush in Florida and we immediately started nice conversations with the manager and his assistant manager. Both were fantastic, we exchanged stories about going over seas and PTSD. It was a breath of fresh air to not only be treated well with fantastic customer service but also not to be judged by my beard, my attire, or the flag on my hat. I really appreciate the free massage bar he gave us as a "thank you". We really appreciate you and your Service to our Country (unnamed manager).

Marcus is such a good salesman I can’t believe it. Waved us down and explained how great every product was in beautiful detail. Ended up leaving with more than we planned and I truly think he’s some kind of bath bomb lotion djinn (complementary)! I always liked walking by LUSH but now I love it! Also thanks for the samples, will come back for the tumeric latte masssage bar

BEST LUSH EXPERIENCE EVER. Marcus and the girls of Lush at Tacoma Mall are the sweetest staff and certainly deserving of a massive raise. They were helpful but not in an overbearing way, kind & genuine, AND invited us to play a game for a prize. We had so much fun and will be returning the next time we’re in WA.
