Today at 12:43 pm I washed my car and when I went to the drying point they didn't let me park even though I had a disability card. Your manager today, a young Mexican, let someone else park there who didn't have a disability card. He said he has the authority to do this and I have evidence in my hand. First I will go to the police station and file a complaint, then I will go to the municipality. I am ready to spend a day for these. I don't want people after me to be victims. This wasn't the first time and this disrespectful environment probably won't be the last. I think someone needs to teach this business a lesson. They have incredibly negative staff, by the way I know their other branches as well, I have used almost all of them due to my job. Believe me, the staff working in the other branches are so sweet-talking and warm-hearted that I can't explain it. I am writing these with sadness and I have decided to seek my rights in the Municipality and the Police Department.

Have just started using the LUV car wash. It's the best. It's always clean and easy to get in and out. Juan does a really great job. Very friendly, professional and a delight to deal with. He's one of the reason it's so successful. Thank you, a very happy customer.
