I cannot recommend Lux AutoHause enough. Everything is incredibly streamlined. Whenever I drop my car off for maintenance, I get text updates with work progress and technician concerns. If any problems are found outside the scope of the original work, Ken gives a call explaining things they've found. He doesn't try to upsell any work, but wants customers to be informed of problems with their car.
I always have peace of mind with Lux because I know if Ken recommendes any additional work, that it's actually needed. He doesn't take a black and white approach to replacing parts, but tries to understand the customers driving habits and how that can prolong time between visits.
