Susana and Kelly put in work! I love my boho braids. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again 😍

I have had my hair done twice at the Luxury African Braid Salon. Overall the women who did my braids did a good job. There are a few things that I did not appreciate. There were a couple of times the women came across having an attitude. This made my experience a bit uncomfortable because i am trusting them with the care of my hair. My last experience started off very rocky due to the language barrier. I showed the stylist a inspo picture and unfortunately i did not get the style i requested. Before the stylist started the general manager called and asked to speak with me so he could translate my request.. Unfortunately there was a breakdown in communication and i left disappointed due not getting what i asked for. Overall, the braids are neat and they do a good job however, when you’re paying premium prices as such, I would expect to get what I am requesting. I am limbo because i am debating if I want to trust them and go back to have them fix my hair or just rock with it.

The Braiders do a good job but they are over priced They are scamming folks out of their money. Charging $300 for jumbo twists is insane. Just because the black community isn’t big here doesn’t mean you should charge 10x over what things should be. And they only want to work with long hair. If you have short hair good luck they don’t want to do anything hard. It’s already hard being black in the PNW and yall make it worst
