My chinese wife went into the store to buy and the store manager and associate both stated that they saw her yesterday and refused her service. They would provide no proof but there memories. They even tried to say that I was with her. When we were both home yesterday. Maybe they confused our chinese friend and her husband, who is white like me. They have done this before. We will not accept the racial profiling that goes on at this location.

I was excited that my favorite perfume was in a gift set and asked the manager, Jenna, about the price...however after my purchase, I noticed that the same perfume was packaged with additional items and at a cheaper price...I spoke to the sales associate about her not notifying me about the better deal...her first response was that she didn’t notice who was helping me (really!) and then she stated that she was not aware it was there...I then asked for the manager, Jenna, because I was deeply sadden by this experience...the manager then stated that she was not aware that this product was on display, she was overwhelmed that this is the first day of the sale, and she is unable to keep up with the inventory due to its turnover rate...wow!!! I’m just glad she’s not working in a bigger store...please bring back Linda who knows her customers and customer service ...if you want excellent customer service and a little drive, she’s working at the cabazon with the same company.

I’ve been buying Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium for YEARS from trusted retailers ( Sephora and Ulta). I bought a large bottle for around $90 at Luxury Beauty Store and when I went to use the spray at home (8 hours away because I was traveling) IT’S A COMPLETE FAKE!!!! The scent smells like a walmart perfume, and the bottle IS THE WRONG COLOR!!! Anybody who buys black opium know it’s a black bottle with pink liquid inside… well my bottle (which I double checked the box and the bottle the scent was correct, even the barcode’s matched up to my official products to make sure I didn’t grab the wrong collection) was BLUE and had clear liquid inside. I know they will not offer me a refund but if they don’t I will be reporting them for fraud products. There is extremely illegal of them to be doing especially in such a well known shopping center. Go to the Cosmetics Company, it’s a way better store with the REAL products not cheap fakes like Luxury Beauty.
