We needed an assortment of handyperson tasks done, and were happy to receive Luxury Handyman's quick reply to our yelp query. Pricing was determined from our description, and Anatoly arrived promptly on time the next morning, (the owner texted us to let us know he was at the door to our building!) and took care of the issues quietly, politely and efficiently. Though the work took a bit longer than the two hours planned, the price did not exceed the quote. When we followed up with a question, we received a prompt reply as to why one of the issues had been handled as it was (with a screw put in at an angle) and the owner talked with Anatoly, found out why it was done that way, and let us know, also saying that Anatoly could return to look at it if we wished. We did not feel the need for this, and appreciated the offer. When I shared that it would have been great to have this explained at the time of the job, the owner listened and apologized, and I think we all learned something! We feel good about using Luxury Handyman again, and thank them for their polite and efficient service and follow-through.

I cannot recommend this handyman service highly enough! Zilvinas and Igor have worked at my house on three different occasions with great professionalism, competence, and friendliness. Their prices are very reasonable as well. The most recent time was today when I had an emergency and they were able to come to my house within an hour of being asked for help. Each time they have gone above and beyond!
