I went here on a fluke. I read the reviews and they weren’t great but decided to give it a shot. I’m happy I did cause my nails came out perfect and were way better than the set I previously had on. She did cut my 2 times but I think it’s cause she had her grinder thing on full blast. She immediately turned it down to a lower mode so I was fine after that. They gave me a message the entire time which I said I was ok I didn’t need it and she said it was fine so I thought it was complementery but it wasn’t at the end she charged $10 for that. I’ll go back again but will make sure I’m not getting that message.

I got my nails done today. The ladies were very nice. They offered massages. I thought that was a plus. My nails actually came out really well. But the lady cut me which I guess happens sometimes. It just sucks leaving a nail appointment and your fingers are sore. Especially since there were a couple different places where she knicked me. It was bleeding. I showed her she cut me there was no apology or discount. She just said “I’ll handle it at the end.” At the end she put some oil on top of it. It shouldn’t be normalized to cut your customers with the tools used. Those tools are painful if you file the nails too low or accidentally hit the skin. More caution needs to be used. I liked how my nails turned out. I just wish it could’ve happened without injury. My fingers will be burning every time I wash them for the next few days 🙃.

I just wanna to say DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
This lady pull more of my cuticles even when I told her not to do it. THEY CUT INTO MY TOE.
I came with my feet healthy and is been three weeks and I have pain on my toes.
