Avoid if using legal insurance (e.g., MetLife). I reached out to Lyda initially who told me the requested service was not covered by legal insurance. I contacted my legal insurance provider who confirmed my insurance did cover requested services. Lyda then waited 3 days to tell me that they were unable to render services (writing a simple demand letter). Waste of time.
Edit: The response from owner doesn't address the actual issue. The problem (and reason for the negative review) was not that they couldn't accept the case. The problem was that they wasted 2 business days erroneously denying legal insurance coverage and then ANOTHER 3 business days before they told me they were overbooked.
