Yesterday my mom and I visited Dr. Lydia’s office for a recheck because she was experiencing difficulties with the glasses that she had just ordered. She was not happy that we were there. From the moment we walked in the was very “extra” and agitating looking. She thought we were criticizing her work rather than just thinking a patient is having problems with her vision and is back to check and see what is the best to do. She even had to say that I had other patients waiting. So what?? We have already paid for the appointment prior, and you messed up with the numbers and gave a very strong prescription, so now you don’t have time? Manage your schedule so you have time for a simple recheck of a patient you gave too strong of a prescription to. She said, “I can’t do anything about the fact that your mom is aging.” haha, no one asked you to do anything about that just simply do your work. Now I also read other patients' reviews, and with all these 1 stars, I wish I checked it before going to her. Maybe learn how to talk and respect other people politely are they are respecting you cause that’s really the base of human interaction. My mom and I are very polite people and have a high tolerance or rudeness but she needs to be reminded to hold her horses and respect the patient. ‼️‼️‼️‼️Do not go to her‼️‼️‼️‼️
