Had three windows that had blown seals replaced. Awesome customer service; I called to get the full window replaced and they said they could replace just the panels that were blown for a fraction of the cost. This also prevented damage to shake from removing the full window. They also managed to get the panes 3 months before other hardware stores had quoted us. Chris the installer was awesome, will work through them against.

I do not know how this place stays in business. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Absolutely NO follow up. No answer or response following measuring broken window. I wish Milgard Windows would get a different Mount Vernon store for their dealership. Mount Vernon Lyndale Glass does not rate one star----I would put them at zero.

Been working with Mike (from Mount Vernon) on our ongoing new build. He has been great to work with. He has been quick to respond to messages, easy to get a hold of, and his service has been excellent.
