Great service and products! I purchased my ammo for all my guns here, and they are all good. I also know that there is no returns on ammo (store policy). I happen to be in the store from the during the recent post, and staffs acted professionally about adhering to store return policy.

I have come here a couple times. First time because I purchased a firearm at west coast armory but it was the wrong one. I came back 10 minutes later and they refused to correct it. Claimed they were not legally allowed to.

I then went to this place and explained everything to them to trade in what I just bought. They explained west coast was in fact wrong and explained laws and regulations. They gave me an extremely generous trade in amount to purchase the gun I wanted.

The 2nd time was to sell a revolver that was given to me. Again very fair price and also purchased some ammo that is also fairly priced compared to other location. Please don't bump prices just cause others are lol.

Anyhow, 2nd time I worked with the owner (woman) and she was great. I won't go anyplace else unless I need a range.

I wouldn't recommend doing business with these people not only do they have a very small inventory but I just purchased a Ruger 57 from them and when I checked it out on the day I started the paperwork and paid everything was Great nothing wrong with the case or the gun. Well fast-forward two weeks to when I'm able to pick it up and I'm looking over everything and noticed the case was broken like they dropped it or set something really heavy on it, I pointed it out to the guy and he just shrugged it off basically didn't even apologize or offer to make it right. Luckily my gun was not damaged but just their whole attitude and the way he shrugged it off just didn't sit well with me so I'll definitely never go back. Just want people to be aware of how these people don't care about their customers at all.
