The job they did was ALMOST perfect. When I was at work while the job was being done, I remembered that I should of taken out the drain plugs on the bed. I though to myself "their professionals they'll take em out for me." Wrong! They sprayed right over them.

These are very nice well intended people but they do not stand behind their products. They installed a used SlideRite Hitch backwards into my Ram truck for my Fifth Wheel and will not take responsibility for the damage that occurred from doing so. They promised to call me and tell me what their insurance said about paying for the damage when I provided them proof from the Dealer, who corrected the direction of the hitch, that it was in fact installed backwards. SlideRite also informed me that any professional inhaler of their hitch would inform the owner that a special Catch Plate is necessary for a SlideRite Hitch. They failed to do that as well. So far I am out over $3700 in repairs without the promised phone call concerning the status of their insurance company making good on the claim. Do not trust these people to do anything more than liners or items that could cause damage or serious harm to your person. I have photos of the incorrectly installed hitch and signed letter from an RV dealer that the work was done woefully incorrect. Basically these people are calling me and the RV dealer in Idaho liars and will not make good on their responsibilities to their customers because I was informed that they have never installed a hitch backwards. That may have been true up to the time they installed my but it is no longer the case.

If I could give less than one star I would. this company is terrible to work with. If you have a problem down the road you are screwed, they don't care. They will lie to you and accuse you of being the issue. The Owner is one of the worst ones. Very unprofessional and will lie straight to your face. Don't use this place for anything, you are much better off spending you money somewhere that will actually stand behind there work. I firmly believe that they really don't know how to do anything other than spray a bed liner. Even that may be questionable...
