Lyssa is an experienced coach that I have worked with personally in a mentoring capacity and I would refer people to when my practice is full. As an ESL coaching practitioner preparing for the ACC exam, I was searching the web for ways to better understand and have more clarity around the new format of the ICF exam, and stumbled on Lyssa's videos and website.
