MJL Consulting was able to help us with past credit problems and allowed us to get approved for a new home! I agree with Mr. Robert Mitchell's assessment of MJL Consulting. Communication was one sided only. Spending most of her time in Hawaii, like Mr. Mitchell pointed out, she apparently get's enough volume from the lenders she's been able to convince of her effectiveness, that she can pick & choose who she'll give due diligence to. As for me and my experience? I felt that I just handed her $650.00 for her template letters to the credit agencies and after 1.5 years of deploying her process, there was very little progress. I feel that the progress made would have happened naturally, over time, without her "assistance". In my frustration, I refrained from contacting her (which was the case the entire time...me contacting her) and I waited to see how long it would take for her to contact me to check in on me, her customer. I never heard anything back from her. Buyer beware...

Mary is unprofessional, over-priced and made promises that she couldn't keep in exchange for our payment. She did write good letters but had very poor communication and customer service. We were left very unhappy with her service and a lot of time wasted. She works with lenders that refer her and I would guess that's how she gets most of her business. So she doesn't seem to care about doing a good job and building a good reputation but instead relies on networking with lenders for referrals. Be cautious.
