I was very disappointed with their lack of organization. I made an appointment for my friend who was getting married 4 days ahead (as the time slots were completely open)and when she arrived they told her she wasn't on the books. I understand how busy they are, but lack of training or systems for this type of business is key. Although my friend was able to be seen with a short wait time, this was truly unacceptable.

Best experience ever! I had an important event to go to & someone cancel me last minute for makeup glam & decided to give it a try and walked into Mac store. Eventhough they are only doing 15 minute glam Toni one of the managers @ mainplace location made me look amazing! Since then I only go to this location for makeup glam. Thanks Toni you are AMAZING! 👑
