Had good work done by Mackin's a few years back so I returned for some very minor work (put a piece of plastic trim back on the rear quarter panel), but they won't do it without adding $125 for diagnostic scans. Seems like a silly way to lose future business but oh well!

Absolutely fantastic service and repair! Alena the GM personally came out to inspect my vehicle. She clearly explained the repair process and a few possible part delays. Ryan was the technician and was meticulous during the repair, looking afterward every clip was where it should be and the vehicle looked better than new! The paintwork from Pavel was also top notch - so much so I’ll be going back to get a few scuffs taken care of as well. No signs of paint blending or anything, the car just looks new again!

These are literally the nicest people ever! Fixed my mirrors for a reasonable price, got it done super fast, and they even cleaned my car which I wasn’t expecting but really appreciated even though I’m kind of embarrassed by how much trash I had in there lol. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. I will 100% come back here for any body work.
