Terrible service. I ended my lease, and they charged me for things that don't exist. They even charged me for a late day despite returning my apartment 20 days before the end date. I'm being charged for things that don't exist. I’ve tried contacting the manager, whose name is John Lentz, and he won’t answer my calls or emails. I’ve left messages with his secretary, but he doesn't respond—he's ghosting me and ignoring me. Terrible service. They didn't refund my full deposit. I've tried reaching out multiple times, but he won't take my calls or reply to my emails.
