From start to finish Mac's did a great job. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Excellent communication. James made sure we understood exactly what needed to be done. I went in for an oil change & asked them if they could take a quick look at a headlight I put in that wasn't aimed correctly. It was pretty difficult to put in & I was just DONE with it. Lol James was super friendly, yet professional, & said they'd be happy to look at it if they had time. I hated even asking them to do anything extra with my car since I was already using a Groupon they were definitely losing money on with my cheap oil change. When I returned to pick up my car James informed me that they adjusted my headlight & there wouldn't be any charge for it. I was very grateful for the help. My headlight is beaming bright & in the correct direction. Such a little thing made a big impact on my lighting & on my opinion of their business. As a female, it's always a bit stressful taking my car into a shop. I've been lied to & ripped off so many times! Not here! I really appreciate their assistance, attention to detail, & effort to go above & beyond. I feel very taken care of. Go to Mac's if you value great customer service & an honest team of mechanics!
