Had horrible experience with the Billing staff and Compliance/Quality Assurance Director.
Even after I was forced to leave a negative review here, in order to get anyone to respond in higher management, I.e. the Board of Directors, THEY HAVE STILL FAILED TO RESPOND, and they are still playing games.
They have never left me ANY voicemails as they claimed here in their last defense post, that they had. It’s ridiculous.
Their dentist Carvajal botched a simple filling, on a tooth that didn’t even have pain, and shrugged her shoulders when asked what to do if it still hurt me to chew on that side of my mouth, nearly 6 mos later and multiple outside dentist /provider bills I’ve had to pay all out of pocket due to insurance only covering so many of the same type of claims per year, they had said they were offering some funds back to me to help offset the cost since Dr didn’t even bother to refer me to a specialist for further investigation and HELP! Left me in pain. “Delaminating tooth due to improper treatment” was the final diagnosis.
The BBB is going to be getting a lengthy report unless someone OTHER than Jenny the Compliance Director (who is a complete immature donkey) calls me back. Preferably someone on the Board.
