This place is... ok. Not the best at answering or returning phone calls. Staff is very friendly, however. My mother and I went for an eye exam a couple of months ago and sadly both of us came out with glasses that left us more blind than when we came in and nauseated. Regardless of this, I figured they'd have no problem rectifying the situation so I purchased an additional pair of glasses with transition lenses for driving. I was informed the transition lenses would be made at a different lab, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, that pair also came in completely wrong. The office staff stated the labs cut corners, but I have no way of knowing who's truly at fault. My mother and I did not see the same optometrist, so I'm very confused as to why this is happening. The previous reviewer, who happens to be my mother, also has to go back to have both of her pairs of glasses redone. I'm hoping this time they'll set things right. She'll definitely be updating her review until our issue is remedied!

I will agree with previous comments regarding rude receptionist. Front desk said I had to make an appointment to pick up sample contacts. I did and when I should up for appt, front desk handed me my prescription and said they didn't have samples for me. Then turns out they gave me incorrect prescription. I had to take time off work for appt they said I needed. I could have picked up prescription when I was as there for a dental appt the day before. Poor service.
