We were first greeted by John, the store manager. John asked some terrific opening questions to learn exactly what we were shopping for. He was very friendly and helpful getting us started and quick to help us narrow it down to 4 or 5 couches that all met our criteria. Later on, Jeff was also a huge help in helping us finalize the one couch which we are SO very happy with! It was evident from the get go that both John and Jeff were truly there to help us accomplish our goals. In all my shopping experiences, those two gentlemen were the best sales associates I have ever met. They are true professionals and provided the best customer experience. I have already recommended them and will continue to recommend them to anyone I know who is shopping for furniture. Thank you, John and Jeff!

Great, diverse selection, especially of sectionals and couches which we were looking for. Lots of customizable models. Staff was friendly; Lee made himself available to help us out with questions but let us wander freely without any pressure. Great shopping experience and we will be back!

This review is in response to Janet Jeffries review of the “Hotel Collection by Aireloom Luxury firm top” mattress. My wife and I bought the same mattress except in the king size, and we are both experiencing the same severe back pain. Tying my shoes has become a painful daily occurrence, to the point of me not wearing my laced shoes. Because I’ve had back pain in the past (work related) I figured my back pain was a reoccurring injury. As I’m writing this review I am currently sick and since I have been sick I chose to sleep on the couch for the last three nights, so as to not disturb my wife’s sleep. This morning is the first time I have not had back or shoulder pain since that mattress purchase, I can’t believe sleeping on a couch that is 2” short then I am relieved my body aches. We are now weighing our options.
