The staff seem to be undermotivated. Help is hard to find although sales people seem to be clustered and talking amongst themselves and ignoring customers and ringing telephones. We had to actually hunt down a sales person to help us. We have been promised the moon but we have never had anyone follow up with as promised. Beautiful furniture at fair prices but I do not recommend this store.

Bought a couch 4 years ago with the 7 year Great Give Back Protection No Risk with WORRYNOMORE. It cover all accidental stains and they are cover wanting to cover food and pet fluid stain.

I bought a sofa set and asked for a storage ottoman. I asked several times that it was the storage ottoman and the salesman said it was. Well the wrong ottoman showed up so I returned it. I was refunded but not for the delivery portion. I spoke with three different people who all told me either no or they’d see to get the delivery refunded. I finally had to go through the Better Business Bureau to get the delivery fee refunded. The whole time they acted like it was my fault the ottoman wasn’t correct. I do love the sofas but I doubt I’d go back.
