My new sofa broke within 3 weeks. Multiple insurance claims were denied despite buying a warranty. Finally was offered a replacement after almost a month of trying to get help. On the day of delivery for the new sofa Macys arrived to remove the broken couch, but did not deliver the new sofa. I wish I never bought furniture at their store.

Macys furniture gallery has been changed from the galleria to this new location, the new place is great and located right besides a lot of major stores, staff is extremely friendly and helpful in trying to help you find what you need

Horrible. Not a single person came to say hi or ask what we are looking for. After 20 minutes roaming in the store, we left. Multiple sales people sitting around and chatting-8/10/24 between 5:10 pm to 5:30 pm
