Horrible customer service line that includes Online Pickup. It is 10x faster to go in, find the product and get in line to purchase an item.

I'm only giving it a 5 because of Chris in the Shoes department and also running the register. I got to the store at 8pm and Chris was at the register with customers,and still he found the way to look some sizes on some shoes. I was shopping for my son HS Prom Nite fit. My shopping experience was awesome..we need more Chris.
