Not too crowded on the holidays which is good. Wait times for lines were slow. Receipt printer for our wedding registry ran out of ink and we had to get on a line to get a receipt with a bar code that worked

Why Macy's Starbucks don't have Puppuccino,... . since I have my dog with my and I was shopping ,I went to Starbucks inside Macys to get a drink and a Puppuccino for my little Yorkie, but they refused to give me some, I asked the Lady manager and she told me because they are Macy's and Not Starbucks and the Puppuccino is not healthy for the dogs... So if isn't healthy why they continue putting It in our drinks And why they call the place Starbucks if they said they are Macy's..... I'm very unhappy and for sure will never go to this place again. My Pet is my companion and she was looking at me with a drink and she couldn't get anything there. When some people will realize that our pets are very important in our lifes. VERY disappointed at Macy's Manhasset.

I visited this place today because I need some by some cosmetic things. So from Dior,I really liked everything, the girl who was there today, being very nice ,polite and helpful ,and of course I chose a lot of stuff . I have other questions for MAC . This is my second worst experience. The first one has been in a different location. So question: You don't pay enough this girl,to be polite and nice? Today, I was walking after a girl, and she couldn't even stop when I tried to have a conversation about what I needed. I mean, I am still surprised how this company has any money with such terrible behavior. But this place ,besides that,has a good choice of clothing and other.
