Great store with lots of options, but do your loved ones a favor and don't purchase them an E-Gift Card. I spent about an hour while they had to call customer service and figure out how to allow me to use it. I was not able to walk out of the store with what I purchased and instead had to have it sent to my home.

Clasic place to shop, you always has someone to help you, big store with a lot of selections is the biggest store in Salem. Macy's is a clasic old fashion store, I love the promotions and the last minute deals. Christmas credit card deals are the best easy to return or exchange also offer pickups. Don't forget ask for the makeup special discounts in mothers and fathers day
