Macy's Human Resource Department is HORRIBLE. You don't care about your own associates and REFUSE to pay them on time! When associates try to call to see what is going on they give you the run around and refuse to call you back. The managers are horrible people as well. They talk about you constantly behind your back and never confront you if they have an issue or inquiry. No wonder why associates steal from this company so much. They don't care for their associates so why would the associates care for them. Working here sucks. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Shopping there is ten times worse. They don't help you look for anything and half the time they have very little patience to even answer there own phone. Just don't come here at all if you are trying to have a great shopping experience.
Liked the selection of dress slacks. The two I picked fit perfectly. As well as the dress jacket that fit comfortably. Fabulous Saleslady. She knew her area. She put the outfit together. Young Lady has excellent. In Lingerie dept the salesman assisted in locating my correct size. I was able to quickly process my search & purchase. Thank you
