I love Macy's but the locations in the East Bay are just dead ..meaning they're empty...void of customers. Nice stores but no one is in them. A physical retail location these days is going the way of the Dodo I suppose. Sometimes you just want to be able to feel and try the stuff on and so you walk into Macy's or Nordstrom or wherever you prefer to shop. And you're the only customer in the store!!!

Selection is a bit limited comparing to other local Macy's but I do like this location because the perfume counters have many testers to try and the salespeople aren't too pushy which makes for a comfortable shopping experience.

This location went out of business and is CLOSED. It has not been updated yet. But don't go. It's long gone and closed down. Sorry.
