Men's Department Staff are EPIC. They are always willing to go the extra miles. Customer Service is far beyond anything I have ever had at any clothing store at the Mall. Macy's is where I go to find awesome and amazing clothes
I walked in to buy some men’s shoes. There were two female workers who were standing there and vividly gossiping about some sort of drama. I did need help in, needed some sizes. I didn’t want to intrude on their gossiping during work hours so I kept browsing. I was there for about 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Then they rudely said something about all that’s out here is all they have. Ummm…. That wasn’t even my question. Whatever, walked right over to Nordstrom and got amazing service!
Also the escalator to go upstairs from men’s section was closed and they had one elevator going up with 15 people waiting in line. I just walked outside & went around it was faster. Macy’s used to be a great service store but NOT ANYMORE.
