Sales person was great. Had to wait almost4 months to get furniture. Had the couch about 45 days and looks like I have had it for 5 years. Called Macy’s they sent someone out to look about 30 days later and they are going to get more stuffing for it. The fabric sucks it’s not comfortable at all and it looks very worn. Macy’s told me I have had it too long to exchange. Lol what a joke! I will never buy from them again.

Suzanne was an excellent help, she took her time with us on mattress options and provided a lot of solutions to make the process easier for us. We were able to get our preferred mattress very timely. Delivery and set up was great as well! Very thankful for everyone involved.

Purchased a mattress with a Worry no More pad. The sales person ordered the wrong size which we did not discover until we had signed for the order. So at that point the driver was done. We contacted the store immediately and were told it would be takcare of we would have it in about a week to ten days. Fast forward 18 days and no pad. I have been told it was going to be delivered 3 different times but they couldn't provide any tracking. Now they claim an express order was generated yesterday and it will be here by day 20 but no tracking. Sales experience was great because of commissioned sales people but the back end service is horrible. I hope I don't have any problems with the mattress.
