Oh. My. Goddess!!! My wife asked me what cake I wanted for my birthday, and I promptly responded “Vegan German Chocolate”! Little did I know this was setting her on such a difficult challenge. She called bakeries all across Sonoma County and each said it wasn’t possible. The bakers at Mad Batter not only accepted the challenge, but exceeded all expectations. This deliciously dark German chocolate cake was the center of attention and admiration by all in attendance. Those who planned to abstain from indulging could NOT RESIST!
