Literally the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I stood in front of two employees for over a minute needing help. They both made eye contact with me, said nothing, then went back to their conversation. I stood there again for a minute waiting for them to stop but they kept talking to each other. I had to interrupt to ask if they sold masks and they looked extremely irritated and said no so I left. You have one job as a retail employee, and it’s at the VERY least to acknowledge a customer when they’re clearly needing help. I expect this kind of behavior at Walmart not Madewell.

My wife was getting her new jeans hemmed, so we called after two weeks to find that they hadn’t even been sent in for hemming yet! The woman on the phone gave us the biggest attitude about it, like it’s our fault it didn’t get sent out. After three weeks, we called back again and got the same attitude as if checking on our jeans twice is three weeks is such a pain for you to deal with. Definitely avoiding this location in the future.

I tried to exchange a pair of jeans I ordered online at sale price and they wouldn’t reorder at the sale price and claimed that my size “29” is in unopened packages in the back, had to pay an extra $50 for the same jeans online and it will be my last from Madewell.
