THEY TOWED MY REGISTERED CAR WITHOUT WARRANT!!! 😱🤬😤🥺 Jason is a passive aggressive person at first, that then becomes quite aggressive later. He’s almost impossible to have a conversation with him if you disagree with him. I parked my 2015 Maserati in the parking spot as I normally do, and they have me on camera doing so. (I payed extra for 24hr access for the 3 years that I was there). One particular day when I had rented a truck to move stuff in to the unit, I had to leave my car there just for a couple hours longer than usual (this had never been a problem in the past, nor had I been warned that it could be towed). I even put my unit number on the piece of paper on my car, so that they would know it was a rightful tenant’s and not just a random neighbor’s. The only rule stated EVER was “no UNAUTHORIZED vehicles allowed” and the sign at the entrance CLEARLY stated “AUTHORIZED vehicles only…” I came back 2 hours and it was GONE!!! 😱 I was sure it was stolen, because there is no way that they would have it towed… I couldn’t have been more wrong! I called them as soon as they opened, and they said that the tow truck company must’ve come and done it on their own… so I called the tow truck company, and they said that they’re not allowed to— unless the owner specifically calls in, requesting them to do it. I confirmed this when I picked up my car from the tow yard, that, yes, indeed, the owner did call it in @6:00 in the morning! They told me that the owner is always watching the cameras. By Jason’s own admission, (always contradicting himself) he said they did not know whose car it was. He kept trying to lie to me by saying that the tow truck company had done it on their own accord, until I presented him with the facts of what the tow company told me. Then he completely change the story, saying that it didn’t matter, I was not allowed to park there… it’s absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to reason with this guy, and I’m sure it’s because the OWNER is a narcissist as well, and hire Jason, because he represent him perfectly! Potential renters, beware!!! And as they say themselves, “Rent at your own risk.”
