We liked Dr. Dick's personality. However, her method of treatment did not work.
-She had to do 2 biopies on the same spot, as during the first one she did not go deep enough.
-Expensive.
- I was hugely surprised to see the prescription bill for 2 medications (cream/shampoo)- $833.83 (out of pocket) Dr. Dick assured us that our insurance would cover it, well she was wrong. Will have to sort this issue out with them.
-Staff is ok.
Found her online, Harvard University seemed impressive.... -_-
Advice: keep looking for another dermatologist.

I've had malignant melanoma removed - so I'm pretty particular about my screenings. I'm super appreciative of the excellent conservative care I receive from Dr. Dick. Great staff, excellent care, and a really nice office. My entire family sees her too. Can't be more thrilled with Madrona Dermatology.

Too much California sunshine for me and Dr Dick has been very competent, always compassionate, gives excellent information about procedures etc. staff are friendly, helpful. I travel several hours to see her after moving out of the area to continue treatment with her. Have been referred by friends and have referred family and friends who also continue to saw her.
