I ordered them to come to a park for an event. The company called two hours before our event demanding that we arrive over an hour early AHEAD of scheduled our contract time, otherwise we would have no bouncer for our party. I explained that we would arrive before our contracted time, but could not drop everything be there in 20 minutes unexpectedly as he was demanding. I reminded him of our contract time and that we would be there before that, but could not accommodate his demand. The driver began complaining of running late to his next event because we could not arrive there early (before contract) on demand and he began complaining about gas prices. I reminded him again of our start time and that we expect him to be there, and he hung up the phone. We were scared that this company was truly going to leave us high and dry. We left and arrived early before our contract as expected. We updated the driver we are on our way but did not receive any response. We called when we arrived. He took out the jumper and the generator. The generator did not work. He took the generator to another side of the park and got out his tools to try and fix it. After watching him fiddle, and take breaks eating ice cream for 1.5 hours, we called the main company to request a back up generator. The company then said there is no back up generator. I reminded them that this is the same driver whom was "running late" for a gig in LA, it stands to reason that he should have one in his truck. They said they never have back up generators- on them or in their warehouse. At this point, our guests were arriving, kids were staring at a deflated bouncer that was promised to them. It gets WORSE. They company says they will refund in full. They never did. At that point, there was nothing in our power we could do. Five minutes before the event, the driver manages to get the generator working. We asked him if this was safe? His words were if it works for 5 minutes, it will continue to operate indefinitely. The kids were itching to go in now that it was up. They began using the jumper. There were multiple events scheduled at our party, and fortunately no one was in the jumper when the unimaginable happened. We were gathered for the piñata when we heard an odd sound and saw the bouncer rapidly deflating. We ran over to double check and do head counts of all of the kids. Fortunately, everyone was out when the generator blew out and deflated the giant bounce house within seconds.
I kept the company informed throughout the day of the problems we had with their driver making demands to arrive early BEFORE OUR CONTRACT OR THEY WOULD NOT PROVIDE THEIR CONTRACTED SERVICE, THE BROKEN GENERATOR, THE DEFLATED BOUNCEHOUSE.
I IMPLORE YOU TO SAVE YOUR LIVES, YOUR MONEY, YOUR TIME AND FRUSTRATION AND NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
I have had multiple conversations with their management, whom chooses to leave my requests unresolved, and uncared for.
This company was great to work with. Very easy. They sent an email to confirm ahead of the event and sent a thank you afterwards.
The bounce house they provided was clean and well-maintained. The worker was very helpful setting up and accommodating our space.
As a reference we had this in our backyard for a single day. It was a simple process as a whole.
