Cute regional (restored). theater in downtown Spokane Shows Indy films and has popcorn, drinks, wine and beer. Popcorn scooped into metal bowls not paper bags. Loved no waste !

We love everything about this place. We’re so lucky to have this “Art House” theater in Spokane. There is always something interesting and entertaining to see here. The only disappointing thing about it is the lack fof local support. We’re often the only viewers in the place watching really great films. We’d hate to see the Magic Lantern disappear. PLEASE give it a try. It’s small and cozy with a big screen, great sound, comfy seats and bottomless popcorn at a reasonable price. Please…for everybody’s sake…give it a try!

This place is a Spokane Gem !!!!!!!!!! Small cozy theaters with like minded film lovers, a nice restaurant right outside the theater ......in the same beautiful building. Affordable concessions...ie 2 bucks for a can of pop !!! Absolutely love this place.
