Very friendly and clean. I felt like my service was a little rushed though. I had to clean my nail edges up a little at home after getting powder done.
I made an appointment two days before through their booking system but they didn't seem to have record of it? I booked a manicure and full set but only got the full set even after reminding that I wanted a pedicure.
I want to like this place more but I definitely like it was an assembly line where I needed to be done ASAP so the next person could come in.
EDIT: I've now dropped my rating down to a 1 star based on the owner's response. Instead of owning up to it and saying that you may have missed something, you're now blaming me and stating that my "complaint is unfounded". Not very professional and you should probably check your online booking system.
