John Weston of Magnify Realty is truly an outstanding realtor. We listed our Everett home with John in early March, 2023, just as interest rates began climbing and home sales dipped. We had never sold a house before, having lived for 26 years in the one we were selling, so we definitely needed a competent and experienced advisor for the process and found that in John. John was patient, trustworthy, conscientious, hard-working, attentive to detail, and an excellent communicator. He guided us through the ups and downs of selling and we finally sold the house and closed at the end of July. We can’t recommend him highly enough.

First off im going to try and make this short even though i can get into writing a book. First off this is my first time selling a house so when i did my search to find a realtor, Magnify came up and i must say that the reviews was enough for me to end my search there! Now im here to tell you that you search ends here too! Haha. Working with John was a breath of fresh air! I had a lot dealing with on top of getting my house ready to go on the market and when i tell you John make a challenging time smooth for me. He’s professional friendly kinda respectful and overall caring! No doubt in my mind when im ready to purchase another house where i will go for service or if i know anyone who is buying/selling where i will recommend them to go. John is simply amazing at default it wasn’t where oh another client lets try and make this a good one. You can tell it was all natural and pleasant! John wishing nothing but great success to you and your company. Keep up the incredible work. I gotta say that five stars aren’t enough for how pleased i was. Dont want to end this review without saying a big THANK YOU to John Watson! Was great working with you!

John is a great person and he was so helpful all the way through the process of selling my land.
