I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist, Krista. Her unprofessionalism was evident as she played phone games and pretended not to hear, impacting the overall service quality. During my initial inquiry about Medicare insurance for my mom, she abruptly said no and hung up, preventing me from asking about Delta Dental. Despite calling back multiple times for obtaining the helpful information from her, Christa continued to hang up after assuring she heard me, contributing to my overall dissatisfaction with the service. I cannot believe this dental office hired her as the frontline of their business!
