Ken while a nice enough guy needs to learn to report things that get broken or damaged during the inspection and also to return the hot water heater to it's previous setting. I almost burned myself several times and went out to the hot water heater only to find it on its highest setting. Also our door to our crawl space was damaged when lifted up and replaced. Boards were broken. In the past 4 weeks I've had numerous persons under there and no one broke boards off the door. It is awkward but maybe he needed help.

Ken does a great job inspecting homes, I've used him several times and appreciate his attention to detail on his reports. In this day & age it's very important to make sure us REALTORS either have our client's homes inspected by the best in the business.
