I am so frustrated with the service here. I called twice today; once to ask how long the notary would be available in which I was told “3:00pm”, and the second time to again verify that the notary would be there until 3:00pm in which I was told “Yes”. I showed up to the business at 2:00pm and was told the notary had already left for the day. Customers should not be told a service is available later than it actually will be. This is absolute misinformation and this business should become more accurate in communicating properly and efficiently with their customers. I am so disappointed.
I took a package here on Saturday morning at 10AM. It is now Tuesday afternoon at 1:48 PM and the package still hasn't been picked up. "Shipping label created" That's all it says. If I knew they were going to just sit on it I would have waited until Monday morning & taken it to the post office!!!! NOT HAPPY. I tried calling them to see what the deal was, after 15 rings I gave up and hung up. Also, $1 per page to print something is outrageous!
