While I understand that we're still in the middle of a pandemic, everytime I go to Mail Plus, regardless of how many employees are working behind the counter, the line is long, and the wait time is almost always 15 minutes, minimum. But that's not why I'm giving such a low rating: there's an air of "Get it together, hurry up, and get the Hell out" vibe, there. When I politely asked a simple question about purchasing some envelopes during my transaction, I was met with an attitude that I should have known the answer to my question, and basically I just wanted to get out of there. I know they work hard in there; but last time I checked, this is still a hospitality industry....

I've utilized their services as a seasonal resident this year for general delivery, and package/mail forwarding, as well as communicated for support through e-mail.
Working with the staff was an absolute pleasure. I am grateful for this staff, and that we have such an organized post system in the U.S. as it is a luxury not available around the globe!
