So Vancouver Clinic failed me. I came across this clinic online. Very intriguing business model. After the meet and greet ended at 1010am, I was seen at 1100. I spent 1 hour and 45 minutes with the doctor.
I had a issue that needed to be gotten on immediately. They called the pharmacy and got meds moving. I have another appointment at 430 on Monday. This started on a Friday.
So far super impressed!

Dr. Baker and his associates are the real thing. Incredible primary care provider. Smart as a whip and dedicated to his patients. His staff knows what customer service means. They all are more than willing to listen to your concerns and act on them. And we are talking acting immediately. I have Medicare and AARP secondary care. Their additional services are worth every additional dollar. I feel guilty for not paying more..

After several disappointing Primary Care Providers, clinics and appointments over the years that left me with bad feelings about the state of health care, my place of employment teamed up with Main Street Family Medicine. They completely changed my attitude about health care. I feel like Dr. Baker, Alisha and the rest of the team at Main Street truly care about their patients, and other providers and clinics would do well to emulate Main Street's approach to health care.
