Very bad communication here. We were given a timeline which was about a year out from when we applied. We reached out a few months from when we were expecting our spot and it sounded like our spot was never held in the first place. Also the lady we spoke with was super rude, stating “I’m sorry but you spoke with “X” and she works at “X” now. Maybe try giving her a call”. What?? Be sure to call every other week here to both ensure who you spoke with is still employed, and that they indeed reserve your spot.

Update* To clarify and respond to the note below, we were told that the lady who left never put our name on the wait list to begin with, which is why we got bumped. In no way did my wife or I harass this place as claimed. We were told on the phone “if you are not regularly checking in with us, we will take that as you are no longer interested in holding your spot on the waitlist”.

Please do not harass this place. However I do recommend you ensure 1. Who you speak with is still employed there, and 2. That you are showing them you are still interested in staying on the waitlist by checking in periodically
