I needed a late, emergency appointment for nail polish change before I went on vacation the next day. I didn't get off work until 7pm and there were 3 other nail salons within 5 minutes of my job. One literally across the street, wouldn't even have to get in my car. When I contacted each of the other salons they all said they closed at 7 and couldn't take anyone. Not even for a polish change? I googled nail salons in area and found Mai's. I called explained what I needed and she said no problem. I have become a loyal customer. Thank you Mai.

I really wanted to love this place … I got my gel nails removed and got a reg manicure and it started peeling within two hours … really sad that it didn’t even last a day

They were able to take me in with only 15 minutes notice. All three manicurists were super nice and friendly. There were regulars who came in that have been coming here for decades. The cuticle work was meticulous and gentle. I wanted a little sparkle and they made my idea better. Only $25 for a gel manicure and taking off my gross regular nail polish. It was a small, cozy placed tucked into a small shopping area with parking. I'm only passing through, but I would definitely come back if I was in the area again.
